There are people who don`t like shooting at all, and there are people who are even afraid of it. Well, we are all different. And so the aforementioned people avoid shooting if possible. And in our country it is quite easy. Those who don`t want to have a gun simply don`t even try to get one and no one forces them to, and those who are afraid of it for whatever reason just have to somehow endure New Year`s and similar celebrations, when those supposed fireworks explode around us. In addition to such people, we also have their exact opposites in the Czech Republic.
That is, people who like shooting. And who should also have the opportunity to enjoy it. If collectors of all kinds, athletes, travelers and other people can enjoy their hobbies, why can`t shooting enthusiasts also enjoy the real thing? But there is a rather significant problem here. Unlike postage stamps, postcards and similar things that people have as hobbies, firearms are potentially dangerous. That is why the state regulates their use to a large extent. They try to prevent firearms from falling into unauthorized hands, that is, so that they do not fall into the hands of those who would endanger their surroundings by careless handling or even use them to commit crimes. And those who would really just like to shoot a gun sometimes, without hurting anyone, often pay the price.
It is not fair, but it is just the way it is. And people who like guns sometimes suffer because of the aforementioned restrictions. Without a gun license, you cannot legally get a gun and you cannot shoot without one.
How great it would be if it could be arranged somehow so that even those who do not have a gun and a permit to shoot can shoot! And fortunately, it can be arranged in the Czech Republic. We also have a shooting range where they have truly beautiful weapons that they lend to their visitors. There, the instructors teach their customers how to handle similar weapons, then lend them to them and ensure that the shooting is safe. So anyone can enjoy it here. Both Czechs and English-speaking foreigners.
